Default Removing Scratches from Instrument Clusters

swirls and scratches are covering my instruments cluster (speedo and RPM) on my 2013 Dodge Durango. I think they came from wiping and cleaning. I've done some searches and some said Meg Plasti X and DrWax will remove them. but others said polishing the instrument clusters can remove their anti-glare film. so is there any other way to remove these swirls?

or to go the hard and expensive way by changing the 2 screens (speedo and RPM) after they get heavily scratched. so is it easy just by removing the bezels and the screens come out? or need to take out the whole dash?

thanks in advance.

Yes, it will remove the anti-glare. Might want to look at these two products:

great products. but the Meguires dealer over here (Saudi Arabia) doesn't offer them for the lack of demand. and my freight-forwarder will refuse to ship them to me as they're liquids. I will manage to get them in one way or another. sooner or later. thanks anyways.
