my dodge ram 2500 work truck radio died thwy swap it out with a new one think its a 470 ..no nav but it works good they had the truck for one day to try the flash didnot work so they order a new one took the truck home and drove for a couple of weeks without a radio ..new one came in they swap it out in a couple of hours ..omy problem is no compass so some times i get lost...

Do ya recall with your radio if it gave the dealer a fault code when they hooked up a computer. My 14 is doing it only have 600 miles on it.. Frustrating at the least.

I am sorry you are experiencing issues with your radio. Have you contacted your servicing dealer to address the issue?

These small radios seem more problamatic than the bigger fancier ones

I too was having issues with my radio for weeks with only 600 miles on it.. I went to dealer and no codes and wouldn't do it while I was there. I took mine apart unhooked aux sd and aux. put back together and wouldn't ya know it 4 days now and no issues.. My radio kept skipping to Aux back to radio then to sirius. It's worth a try to unplugged it
