Wheels arrived scrached up- return?

It wouldn't fly with me for almost $3k... Not a chance. I clean the barrels of my wheels and that would drive me nuts. If you got them cheap, it would be a different story.

not too worried about returning them
i was offered $200 bucks for the scratches.
comes out to 2700 for the rims/tires/tpms shipped to me
its a tough choice, because these come with nearly new run flats. i say nearly new because they have the rubber fingers still on them, and i know after a hundred or so miles, these would be worn off. weighing everything and deciding on whether these are worth it.
