I have the seat setting at one and the radio set for my channels. Everytime I remote start the truck it erases all channels and settings for the seat. I dont know why this is happening. It's a new 2014 durango r/t. thanks alot. Sorry im new on here didnt know where to post this.

 

A few are seeing this, you may need to due an update on the head unit.

I had the flash done back in August on my 13 and I still have issues with the flash. Seat does not move when exiting anymore, heater somewhat works when it wants too, etc... Will be going into the dealer soon for oil change and will see what they say.

You can see the fourth one down in the list is a radio flash for the 2014 models. A bit of things showed incorrect for those units. Make sure to print it out and BRING it into them. I did this and my services tech was impressed I knew of these and said they have to do the work if a customer brings these in not just a song and dance anymore.

 

I too have occasionally lost the "Easy Exit" function and seat settings for my '12 Crew driver's seat. Easy Exit worked fine until a couple of weeks ago when I started to occasionally use the remote start. The Easy Exit returned after a week or two of being AWOL and has worked since. The seat settings come and go also. I had no idea it all might be associated with the remote start function. Radio settings have not been effected.
I guess I'll have to spend a couple of hours tomorrow testing seat settings and remote start combos.
