Ok, this worked out really well. I still plan on going with all black plates but now I have a solution set up for the front plate and don't have to put screws in the bumper or mess up the look of the front. I got a complement on it from a guy today and it looks pretty slick in person. Picture doesn't do it justice. I have run it through an automated car wash and driven it through some weather, the Velcro is not going to release and it lets me change it or remove it with zero hassle. Each pic and step has a note attached.
