Programmable Power Liftgate?

Does the 2014 Dodge Durango allow you to program the power lift gate so that it opens to a specified height?

Yes it must be done at the dealer
My power strut failed and had to be replaced. It took 5 minutes to replace strut and 15 -20 to upload software for it.
