To be honest the chrome details between my 2012 DD taillights - it kills all the view of my beast from behind. It looks good on grand cherokee but on DD it is awfull... I need to color it black but i dont like respraying factory details..
And the view of the 2014 taillights - yes that's my personal, i just love it)

If you want to get rid of the chrome but keep a "shine" use DupliColor Shadow. I did this on my 2012 Ram emblems and the polished lip on a set of wheels...it looks amazing.

I plan to do this on my Durango soon, most of the chrome is either getting painted or "tinted" with the Shadow product.
