I was trying to take it off from the front but it was a bitch to. Anyone have any advice for me to get the badge off...

 

There is a thread where this is discussed, I just can't remember which one. As I recall, Dremel cutting tool from the front was only way

 

I took the emblem off my 2011, so I'm assuming this process is similar. There are 2 tabs that hold it onto the mounting plate, you have to release them from behind and push the emblem off. I'm sure it can be done while the grille is still on the vehicle, but will be MUCH easier with the grille removed...you may run the risk of breaking those tabs otherwise.

It doesn't come off like the 2011-2013 grille emblem. I made that mistake, lol. I thought it would pop off like it did on my 2012 and I could simply put on the blacked out one I had on my 2012. Well they are different mounting now (different holes and all). I broke mine getting it off and had to order a new 2014 front emblem so I could black it out.

 

Damn I guess break it off cut it off. My fiance doesn't want an emblem up on the front grill anyway
