03neonRT, did you ever get your "creaking" noise fixed? I have an `11 AWD that was having the same noise coming from the same location. I jacked up the front end, took off the tire and sprayed Liquid Wrench Lubricating Spray on every suspension bushing and strut spring on each side of the vehicle and now the noise is gone.
