Default Another Recall

There is another recall for the 2011/2014 Durango and Jeep GC for the wiring in the vanity lamp sun visor which could cause a fire. Recall #14V391000. I would post an attachment but for some reason I am not able??

So I finally got this recall and at the bottom it says: "...your vehicle also requires repair for notification(s): P14"

Anybody know what that means? The vanity mirror is only relevant if they work on it (which is not likely), but what's this P14 thing?

Chrysler is recalling all JGCs and Durangos to install a sun visor wiring spacer to prevent wiring damage during any future service procedure - That's what the recall I received states.

Wait....you read it?

I read the title and then took it to the dealer today since they are fixing a leaky front axle seal - but they don't have the parts for that recall yet. Took the brake booster one too since they were supposed to have called me when that part came in - at least that is now done.

Mine went in for the Brake Booster Recall and passed. Just the shied, The Service Manager said he never say a Durnago with Brembos and asked how the hell I did it. I told him i saw it on the internet... Got the recall notice yesterday for the Sunvisor. This morning the service desk said you know there another recall ... Ya but we will not have the parts till Sept 15.

They also dropped the tranni pan for the second time as it still would leave a drop in the cold weather. Had them put 2 new filters on and when I went to pick it up they "tried" to charge me for the Fluid $55.00. I called them on it and they agreed they will get paid for the fluid under the warranty and i'd be paying them twice. $70 for 2 filters and I'm good for another 30k on the tranni fluid.

I thought that was a separate recall. I had that on my '11, but not my '14. This P14 thing was just a footnote on the visor recall letter.

Well, when I'm ready for my first oil change I assume they'll do whatever recalls are out on the car.

DodgeCares ? please

What is the recommendation if I am getting all the symptoms of the bad wheel bearing but mine is 2013/ build 3/13? I contacted GoodYear about the Forteras and they had me go to a GY dealer. I paid all the fees to roadforce balance and they were originally a little off they spun the tires on the rims got the RF down to the teens but still had a shimmy @ 62 70. GY corp. offered me a credit for all 4 tires $113 X 4 and just had 4 new Yokohama put on and its still there.

The GY dealership/full repair facility in business for 60 years didn't know anything about the recall and said all the suspension looked fine and its prob a wheel bearing?

This GY does alot of work with my Dodge dealership.
