Default Supercharger anyone??

So has anyone here installed a supercharger yet? I saw on the other forum where someone installed the RIPP blower on theirs and it picked up close to 150HP but he hasn't come back and updated his thread in months as to wether or not he has had any issues. Currently they show on their site to be out of stock but I'm seriously considering getting one when they become available. (I think whipple is or was working on one as well).

So has anyone here done it yet??

I'm waiting for more info too.
I love My D enough to consider adding more power.
After living with two other blown vehicles for 11 years (03 Cobra, & 04 lightning), I love the instant torque.

Yeah I'm with you. I went from a lightning to an Sc Saleen to the NA D. Kinda hard losing all that power but I loved the R/T (up until the wreck last month). Hopefully if they get it fixed RIGHT I'm gonna keep it and use my depreciated value check toward this blower. The company seems to have a great rep with the Jeep guys and the 1 guy who has reported installing it showed his dyno sheet with nearly 150hp gain..... But that was few months ago and he hasn't been back to post If he's encountered any problems. I'd really like to know. This truck with 400hp would be nice!

I had a Paxton NOVI2000 on my 2000 Dakota R/T, 345 hp at the wheels on a mildly modded 5.9.

I'm happy with both the terminator and the lightning, im orig owner on both ,so will probably never sell them .Im probably the only non modded SVT's in existence.I never felt they needed any mods, Ford underrated their HP #'s.
My Terminator did 390 at wheels and lightning did 365 at wheels.
Would love for the Durango to feel that good, and be reliable.

Thanks guys... I had done a search and UFO's is the one I was referring too from Ripp. He hasn't posted or updated in a while. Curious what "issues" they are having to work out.

But I was really thinking as many people had tuned into both of those threads that someone else may had pulled the trigger by now. That's what I was trying to find out..... If we had anymore test mules in the house other than these 2. You'd think by now the tunes would be dialed in and dash lights off...... That's the biggest thing holding me back. That bein said mine is a 13 and apparently the tune issue is on a 14....?

ripp is taking a break from the tuning until they can figure some things out. They had my truck for 2.5 months, and put 1000 miles on it trying to tune it right. They hit a wall or sorts. They have a 2014 Grand Cherokee Limited with the 5.7L in the shop that they are working on at the moment.

So I wonder if whipple is having the same issues with theirs...
