So I've read about the exhaust issue. I park on a flat driveway and get the dirty exhaust every few weeks. From what I've read, the fix impacts performance. Question is, if I want to keep the truck for the long term (maybe 10 years), will the issue give me long term (after warranty) problems if I don't fix it?


I used to help build hot rod engines 25 years ago and, back then, if the chamber got dirty, it got worse over time.


Do I sacrifice performance now for after warranty peace of mind or do I leave it and trade this truck in before end of warranty so I don't have a major drivetrain issue later?
