Not sure how you'd ruin your bumper unless you're using them wrong

The bolt is 30mm, I was lucky that my dad happened to have a 30MM socket and a torque wrench short enough to swing under the truck.

Shame that you'd want to remove them though, you'd need to get the plastic inserts to fill the holes and DD's look better with the hooks!

You show me a hook that will fit in the tow hook without touching the bumper cover... Unless you use a strap, your bumper cover will get damaged...

Well... yeah, never considered using anything other than tow straps. I'm not finding any portable winches with enough power to be useful with the tow hooks :\
