Default 2014 Climate Control System

Anyone else have a schizophrenic climate control system? Mine can't seem to keep the car comfortable on any setting. It's either too hot, or too cold. The sync never stays engaged, the heated/cooled seats only sometimes stay on between car starts. When its cold outside the a/c has to come on first for about 5 minutes to make you uncomfortable before the heat kicks in. I feel like I'm in a cheap motel.

The seat heating/cooling isn't supposed to stay on across starts/stops, unless they've changed that in 2014. Like cruise and rear defrost, default for seat heating and cooling should be off at each start.

Thanks, I'll ask about that TSB.

Not sure about whether the 14 works differently since mine sometimes stays on between starts, and sometimes not ;-)

The heated steering wheel and seats can be set through the uconnect system. You can choose to have them on at each start. The climate control stays on if i left the vehicle that way. So if i do a remote start the ac or heat goes to what I had before. I havent had any issues with it except auto climate sometimes runs at my feet and not the head and vice versa.

My AC seats come on if it's above 80° outside, but only the drivers side
