Inner Tail Light Replacement
So I have a 2012 Dodge Durango SXT and a while back someone backed in to my Durango and broke the inner tail light cover.
I had to tape over it with clear tape to keep it sealed and get by.
I went online today to see if I could order a replacement and all I can find are outer tail light replacements, the ones that sit outside the lift gate and never moves. I asked a service rep on one of the auto part store's website and he said there is an inner tail light replacement but they don't stock the replacement.
I have been searching all over but no one seems to stock an inner tail light replacement. I even checked ebay to see if anyone had one and all I find are outer tail lights.
Am I missing something here? Was the service rep wrong?

Maybe I missed something but did you call a dealership? You may want to avoid dealer pricing but, with newer generations, sometimes you have to bite the bullet.
