Default Moisture in the rear racetrack lights

I seem to have a moisture issue on the right side of the racetrack lights on the lift gate. Lower part of the light. I can see beads of moisture on the inside of the lights.

Is this a common issue or something I need to have checked out? We did have a rough weekend with wind and rain but I don't usually expect to see moisture inside of the taillights.

Anyone else had this issue?

Nope i guess your taillight just needs some service. The reason of moisture could be that the bulb does not sit on it's place properly. Try to unplug the bulb, let the taillight dry for a couple of hours, so there is no moisture left inside and then plug the bulb back in so it really takes it's place. I hope it helps.

I had the same issue. Dealership replaced the whole track light assembly under warranty.

This seems to be an issue with all makes and models with these lights being manufactured outside the country. Maybe they are made in dry climates only???
A nuiscance either way

I haven't had it yet, except for one of my license plate lights. I am now considering a pre-emptive strike! Dielectric grease around all bulb entry points to help prevent moisture.

I am also super careful with the car wash nozzle....
