They will fit. And you do not even need any leveling kits.
I have 285/45/22 on mine, that's even wider and taller than you are gonna put. Mine fit perfect so yours will too.
Just keep in mind that your speeg gauge, mileage are going to show false data. About 4-5% false from the real.

I checked it out for you, the difference will be exactly 5%.
That means that when your speed gauge will show for example 100mph, the real speed will be 105mph.
By the way in my opinion the wider the tires - the better. especially for Durango, because the factory wheels look really awfull from the back...

Speedo gauges on cars say your going faster than you are from factory. It will still be saying your going faster than you are by a km or two even after these bigger wheels.

These tires may not fit by my experience. I have 32.1 inch tires on a 2.5 inch lifted d and they rubbed just so ya know. I think you may have to bend the felt linner or something, it'll definitely look badass if they fit

For the record your tires are 30.469" tall x 11.4" wide
So they are equal height to stock and about an inch wider.

32+" tires wont fit without a lift.

let's compare:
My tires: 285/45/22 - 32.1" height / 11.2" wide
The tires our friend here wants to install: 275/55/20 - 31.9" height / 10.8" wide.
So: 32.1/11.2 - fits my dodge without any lifting kits. But you say that 31.9/10.8 tires (which are smaller than mine in all ways) need lift kit?

You can check here: http://www.rimsntires.com/specspro.jsp
Just type in the sizes of tires and compare. My wheels are bigger +)
And they fit perfect)))

You are correct i made a math error.
With his stock wheels and + 50 backspacing he will possibly rub on the inside of the tire.
Your rims appear to have a slightly less offset probably around + 35
