installed intake and now when I punch it there is a sqweel noise when going up in some gears out of exhaust. is this normal?

it's a high pitch noise when it up shifts coming out of exhaust. at high rpm

 

I didn't notice any change in sound when I added my Volant. Pop the hood, maybe you left something dragging on a belt?

 

it's coming from exhaust

 

Pull just the intake tube off the Throttle body but leave IAT sensor plugged in. Start the engine to see if the sound is there without the intake. I really, really hope you did not suck up one of the nuts or washers from the in filter mount. Otherwise I can't see how the noise is related.
