6-8 weeks seems like so long! It's been 1 week already and I am beyond excited! I've traded in my 2013 Toyota Sienna! Ready to be back in the cool kids club had a Mitsubishi Lancer before my Sienna, but have since had 2 kiddos.
I went with White, because the blacktop looks amazing on it. Went even further and got the red nappa leather seats, 6 Passanger captains chairs. DVD entertainment package, tow group, NAV system and of course the beats by Dre.
It's fully loaded! And I mean fully! It has every single option available to the Duranog series, which is why it had to be factory ordered, because there wasn't one on the street that I wanted.
I'll finally have a vehicle with every feature I want.
Can't wait to share you real photos!!
BTW, I actually prefer what you ordered.. the white and red int. however I couldn't locate one anywhere in SoFla in stock as it seems you had the same problem... there were a few white ones on the lot however not with Red Int or the 2nd row buckets.... congrats again and enjoy!
funny thoughts Plasmageorge! The red is one of my favorite features though roller coaster looking and all
I thought it added some needed contrast... then again my last car was an S60 RD in Rebel Blue so maybe I just like loud colors these day for some reason LOL
It's badass, stands out like something in a Ferrari, or Corvette, I get it.
so funny, it's a favorite feature of mine and most of the comments or compliments I get from people who see the DD are about the red LOL.... in any case, so far it's been a great vehicle no matter what color!
Wow, love the red seats. I have an impossible time keeping the 2 red seats in my Vette clean, I could not imagine kids and 3 rows of red... uou need to be wipping them down bi-weekly, i use leather masters cleaner and lotion. I am jealous, I wish my 14 RT had red... i do refer to my Durango as my Corvette Minivan
Wow looks awesome!! I have 4 kids Girl10, Boy 8, Boy 4, Girl 2..😃😃😁😁😇😇😎😎😡😡😍😍
The last two r still in car seats figured one in the second row (2 yr old) and the 4 yr old in the third row!! How's getting back to the 3rd row with the car seats in the way? This would be my combo of choice!! Love it!! May I ask what the OTD price was!!! How much did they take off!!! If you don't mind.....
There was only 4 car seats in there because my nieces were in town, they are 7 & 8, so I put them all the way in the back. Mind you, I used to have an 8 passenger mini van before this. We have them around often, and I wanted a vehicle they could easily get in and out of. It's usually my sister, my 2 daughters (2 & 4) and my nieces, so it fits the 6 of us easy.
It's very easy for them to get in and out of, the reason I didn't get a 7 passenger, because that middle part would have been *** pain.
With car seats, you can't fold down the seats, so it was never really an option to get the 7 seats. Sad to loose a seat, but that's what everyone else has cars for!
Out the door price? $53, 500. I backed $1,000 from my mini van into the new loan. They gave me $1,000 off sticker, and I had like $1,500 in rebates (USAA & re-buyer) since we have bought from them before. My actual loan was $53,500. (I also added the fun protection package for $800 from the accessories dept.) It protects rims, paint, windows etc. Definitely a great investment, as I'm known to scrape a rim or two.
I'm getting some vinyl put on it in the coming weeks, as well as a roof rack, some red calipers, side steps and a cold air intake (when they decide to make them for the 2015) Bueller....Bueller?
