Electrical glitch -- again . . and again . . .
I'm beginning to think Dodge has used left over parts from a defunct Lucas Industries electrical supply storehouse. (The older guys here will get the joke.)
Anyone else having these type of problems?[/QUOTE]

To recalibrate the easy exit function. Try running the seat all the way to the rear and then all the way back up to the front and see if it relearns it's parameters and begins to work again.
This has worked for other members.....hopefully it'll work for you also.
Good luck,

KA-POW! Give that man a prize! Worked perfectly; got my Easy Exit back. And as a bonus (?) the seats' presets also now work as advertised when I "tap" the buttons instead of punching/stabbing them. I guess this macho truck needed a more feminine touch. :-)
Thanks to all for the info.

Just last week I had a very similar issue with my sunroof. All auto functions ceased and it would only open to vent or close if I held down the buttons.
I was certain it was going to be sleeping at the dealer for a couple of nights.
Another member posted the re-initialization sequence and BAM, just like that, it worked perfectly again!

That's why this is a community.

Have a great day!
