$110 for an owner's manual!?
I bought a used 2012 Durango and it didn't have the owner's manual. I called to get a replacement and they told me THEY get charged $110 for it. I can't imagine what they would charge ME if I wanted to get it from them. It's over 200 pages long and I am NOT printing it and trying to stuff it in my glove box.
So what are you asking here? If ya want it, ya either buy it or print the free download.
That said, out of production Dodge manuals are always floating around ebay. I'm not going to search it, but I'm sure you could pick one up there for $20-30...

Seems to be pretty simple to me:
1) Pay the dealer price.
2) Do 5 minutes of searching the internet for a used one.
3) Print the free one and keep it in a file cabinet at home for reference.
4) Do without.

Yup, I forgot that one. Whenever I go to the yard, I'll snag as many as I can from any vehicle I can find them in, pay the $2 to buy them and then sell them for $30-40 on ebay.
Sorry, I wasn't trying to sound like an idiot that doesn't know how to use Google and not trying to look dumb that I don't know what my options are. I was simply venting about the fact that there wasn't one with the vehicle and my only options are to pay for something that should have been with the car to begin with, or I have to print out one that isn't really "travel friendly."

I ALWAYS make sure the manual is on the glove box when I sell or trade a vehicle. I even had all the documentation for all the mods I did on my '04 Ram in the truck when I sold it.
I've done restorations on vehicles where I had to buy the factory service manual and made sure it was on the front seat for the buyer/owner of the car when I was done (obviously I charged enough for the reimbursement).
That said, many people strip their ride down as much as they can to sell on Craigslist or ebay when unloading a vehicle. As you can see, they can pick up $30, $40 or more by simply removing the owner's manual...

Had my dealer get me one as part of the deal (and an extra key). The ordered it off of eBay for $38.
I also ordered the other materials (from eBay) as well like the portfolio, color owner guide and DVD for $20.

Stupid question but, did you double check the glove compartment? On my 2011 there is a small compartment/shelf at the very top of the glove compartment. The manual is in a black plastic wallet that really blends in with the trim and is real easy to miss. I agree $110 is ridiculous and Dodge should be ashamed of that price!
