I changed the oil and filter today on our `11 3.6. While the oil was draining I removed the filter cap and filter. When I turned away there was a loud "snap" and I noticed a spring sticking up out of the oil filter location. The spring was loose but I couldn't pull it out so I just snapped the new oil filter and o-ring on the cap and screwed it down. The oil pressure reads 75-80 psi at idle on the drivers info panel. What the heck happened?
