Default 22" OE Performance Wheels?

So I've decided on getting the wife's new to her (2011 - Mineral Gray Metallic) Durango some new wheels and we're thinking about getting a set of these:

137H Dark Hyper Silver wheels by OE Performance 22" x 9", +34 Offset, 5x127 Bolt Pattern, 71.5mm Hub.

I may run 265/40-22's or 285/40-22's

Any thoughts on fitment or rubbing issues at all? Or even comments on these particular brand of reproduction wheels?

Wheels & 265/40R22 Tires are going to be outbound approx. 1" more with this offset (+34). 285/40R22 will be 1.25" outbound.
If your going to run this setup then might I suggest mud flaps all-around to reduce the kick-up of stones and dirt on the sides and rear.
I'm currently running 275/55R20's on 20x9 ET +34 wheels and they are outbound approx. 1.125" and I needed the mud flaps to reduce the amount of stone chips and mud.

Thanks for the input! Actually, we've already installed mud flaps since the pic was taken.

Well I bit the bullet and decided to order a set. I also decided to go with 20's instead of the 22's. This is because of the added cost and availability of the 22's here in BC, and I didn't want to run the added risk of damaging the wheels by hitting the numerous potholes around here. I'll post some pics once I get them in the spring.
