Recently my brother-in-law replace my radiator and water pump for my wife while I was out of town. Now when we drive it, it sounds like it's running hot like it would on a hot day with the ac on but it's running at normal temp. Any advice?

 

Don't understand what "sounds like it's running hot" means. Better description please.

Sounds like the fan is on all the time trying to chill the engine down

 

It is very important to bleed the air out of the cooling system once it is refilled with new coolant. Maybe someone else can chime in on the best method to bleed the air out of the system.
