P0456 EVAP Emission Control System Leak Very Small

Any ideas? Or am I the only one on this forum with this code?

Check your gas cap

 

My 01 Cherokee and (ex)02 Grand caravan is/was notorious for PO456. Replaced gas cap on both. Use OEM only, it's not expensive.

I live in Oregon and we can't pump our own gas. The Pump workers are constantly getting the gas cap tether under the cap seal throwing a code every time I get gas. I see that code often.

Thankfully our 15 DD has no gas cap.

 

Yep, I live in Oregon too. I still pump my own gas. And yes I know, I'm breaking a state law. What else is new?
