Default Class Action Settlement on TIPM recall

Got a small postcard (almost thrown away) in the mail yesterday. Stating
"Notice of Proposed Class Action Settlement". Velasco v. Chrysler Grp. LLC.

Has anyone else gotten this postcard/notice?

If you did, what is your take on the settlement?

Thanks!

You'll probably get a $50 pre-paid VISA gift card. LOL

I got one in the mail. Basically it just says if you had to pay for anything related to the TPIM recall to provide the documentation for reimbursement.

So lets say your TPIM failed and you were out of warranty. If this happened and you had to pay for the repair, car rental or anything like that, they'll reimburse you for that cost.

It also says the parts to make the repair will be warranted until 7 years or 70,000 miles.

The group benefiting from that is most likely just the lawyers.

The people who mailed you the card are the ones who stand to make all the money. Don't play into hat bullshizz

No, you spoke to FCA directly. The OP got a card from a blood sucking lawyer in the mail.
