Passenger heat and AC not blowing hot or cold
Hello,
I have a 2012 Durango and my heat and AC work fine on the drivers side but not on the passenger. It blows air but neither hot or cold no matter what I set the passenger temp controls to. It seems as though it's not registering that it needs to increase or decrease the temperature to the settings on the dash. Any suggestions?

I've run in to this issue on a few FoMoCos with auto climate control before. In all cases the problem was one of two issues, either a bad evaporator temperature sensor or a faulty blend door motor for the passenger side. I'm not sure how similar the design is with the Durango and fortunately (for me) I haven't had a need to find out. If it is similar, hopefully the prices are too. Either of those parts for the Ford/Lincolns were under $25 each.

I did some digging, but unfortunately there doesn't appear to be a TSB related to this concern, clamcentral. Have you considered bringing your vehicle to a FCA dealership?
If you would like to do so, I'd be happy to assist in scheduling an appointment; just PM me your VIN, contact info, and dealership info.
