Default Engine Cradle Bracket and Creaky Bushing

Hello, new poster but reader since I got my D back in February here, love the ride and it's my first Dodge...

I definitely made a rookie mistake here.. Jacked up the vehicle to put it on stands for tire rotation, and without really thinking it through I used the "engine cradle bracket" plate (6) which mounts underneath the subframe bushing (5) for the jack point. My intent was just to get it up to put the stands underneath the arrow points on the rail - and I've used similar points on other vehicles - but apparently this was a bad idea because the weight of the D bent the plate. Now I have a creaky bushing (have put my ear up to it) and bent plate.

What I'm trying to find out, and I feel like I've looked far and wide without much luck..

Can I replace with bracket plate with floor jack and stand support and not dropping the subframe or disconnecting anything else? How about the bushing? Is the bolt (3) through the plate and bushing threaded or pressed in? Where is the nut?

Don't want to make this any worse than it is already but the parts are inexpensive so I'd like to know if it is a DIY or not. I do have a lifetime maxcare warranty but since I caused this I doubt it's covered.

Thanks for any advice you can offer
