Question Small oil leak

I have a 2011 Durango Crew V-6 and now have noticed a small oil leak coming from what looks like under the radiator area. I'm thinking it is an oil cooler line but not sure. I removed the large plastic cover (which the oil is leaking on) under the front but cannot get to where the line goes to at the bottom of the radiator. How would I get to this line? Does the front bumper have to be removed for this? Has anyone dealt with this and hopefully point me in the right direction. Thanks for any help.

Yes I have had the tranny cooler line leak and they had to replace the condenser coil as well i believe because they were intertwined. I don't think they had to remove the bumper though. I don't know if i caught a stone or it is a Chrysler defect, i way past warranty at 142k miles so i pay.
