I just replaced mine at 64k, my 3.6L has the 220a (2011 Crew AWD). $481 part from local stores, but I have an extended warranty so that covered it plus a transmission cooling condenser leak. Ended up getting a battery too (not at the dealer however).

Mine was shorted out but was making noise too.

I asked about recalls and the service manager found nothing for mine.
