I have a 2011 Dodge Durango (citadel) and my rearview mirror fell off. Is there some special glue that I need to use. the rear view mirror is a self dimming mirror. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

Go to any parts store or Walmart and buy a rear view mirror glue kit. They sell them everywhere. Scrape off all the remnants if the old glue first.

 

Before scraping the old glue off, mark the location on the outside of the windshield with masking tape so you reinstall the tab in the same location.

In addition to making sure all the old glue is off, make sure the area is very clean before gluing the tab back on.

Be sure to separate the tab from the mirror assembly before attempting to glue it back on, and don't ignore the curing schedule.
