Default Resetting Memory and Entry/Exit Assist Functions?

Hey guys,

For whatever reason, the seat memory and the entry/exit assist functions on our '15 Citadel have stopped working (for the third time). Each previous time this has happened, I just took the car in and they "reset and recalibrated" the system.

Does anyone know if there's a way for me to do this myself? I've been looking through various forums, and there seems to be some information on recalibrating, but I haven't found anything really definitive. Hoping to avoid another dealer visit, because its such a huge inconvenience.

Thanks,

J

You can try to reset the PCM yourself.
Disconnect the battery power/RED cable from the battery and ground out the power/RED cable to the black (GND) cable.
That should discharge/take all of the power charge out of all the PCM circuits.
