Default Help! What is this part leaking oil?

My wife's 2011 durango is leaking what looks like oil from the drivers side. She sent me this picture of where the oil is coming from. (I work on the road). It is a round, black rubber piece that looks like it has a hole in it. There is also the same rubber piece on the passenger side but it is not leaking. What is this piece? I hope I attached the pic right. This is my first post. Thanks.

I'm not quite able to determine where that is located, but I'm guessing it's either a hydraulic engine mount or hydraulic body mount.

Thanks Guys, both of you are correct. As soon as I got home I looked at and it is the drivers side engine mount "transducer". Wonder how hard this is to change out? I really appreciate both of you for your replies. Thanks, Ryan
