I had the same problem for 3 months now and it steadily gotten worse from stricking to not even opening now called dealership( there response: there is no recalls on it and they have never heard of the phrase Star Case.) Made an appointment had to wait 3 weeks cause I need a loaner and going to drop off this morning. Update coming
