Smile Thankyou Chrysler

I have been a big fan of my 2011 Dodge Durango since buying it new just over 5 years ago. I now have 91000 miles on it with only a couple minor issues until now. The vehicle developed an engine oil leak recently and I had it diagnosed yesterday by my fantastic Dodge dealership located in La Crosse, WI. The problem is a rear seal between the engine and transfer case. The estimated cost to repair is $736. I asked the service manger if he would contact Chrysler to see if there is anything they could do to help with the cost since my vehicle recently went over the 60 month warranty period for engine/drivetrain. I got a call from the service manger today saying Chrysler would cover 75% of this cost. I am very pleased, to say the least, and I just wanted to say that Chrysler has provided me with great customer satisfaction on something that is technically out of warranty. I want to express my appreciation to Chrysler via this forum for mostly covering the cost of this oil leak repair. Thankyou Chrysler!
