Specifically, bumpers / bull bars.

So, we all already know that the Rocky Road lift kit made for the Jeep WK2 fits right onto the Durango. My line of thinking is that if the chassis, suspension, etc are the same aside from being stretched a bit for the Durango...maybe the bumpers will bolt right up too? Has anyone tried / measured / figured out if aftermarket bumpers for a Jeep will fit the Durango?

 

The chassis and suspension share some common parts, but the bodies are quite different. The WK2 body panels don't match the Durango's. Here a picture that you can see the front fenders and bumper seam line are very different:

 

Looks like the headlights and grill mostly line up though.

Or possibly the rocky road one for a more stealth look but again - not sure how it'd fit.
