Default Second row center console rattle?

The second row console is the same as the front in that it has the two levers to pull to open either the main or the top portion of the console. They rattle and it drives me up a wall. I have tried to see if I can tighten something up but don't see anything. Has anyone else had this problem? If so what was your fix?

Try black electrical tape along the edges of the console lid. Just enough to be a buffer between the two separate plastic pieces.

The black tape should blend with the plastic, so you shouldn't see it either.

That's a great idea actually! Thanks!

I had a rattle a while back while still under factory warranty. Took it in and they replaced the whole thing. Or so they said they did. Either way it didn't rattle anymore.

I tried torquing all the mounting bolts and this and that but nothing worked.

That's actually what the dealer was supposed to do but they never called me with the part and I didn't follow up so really it's on me. I'm going to try the black tape and see if that helps.
