I bought a 2016 white Limited Rallye edition in Aug. and absolutely love it. I traded in my 2011 Crew with nothing but headaches and glitches. Anyway we took the new one out to see the drive through nativity scene at the local church and rolled all the windows down to listen to the narrative and music. When it came time to leave the right back window would not go backup all the way. It was never used up to this point. Needless to say it was a cold ride back home. The Durango only had 2032 miles on it at the time. Took it in and 3 days later the dealer fixed it. They had to order a new window regulator. I did get a rental on Chrysler. Moral of the story... check everything not just the 'normal" stuff before driving off the lot. I never thought of rolling down and up all the windows before leaving
