Default Rear break lights & turn signal not functioning

I'm have an issue with my rear break lights and turn signals. I replace all of the bulbs. Every bulb in the rear lights up when I turn the lights on however I can not get the turn signal or break lights work. The fronts turn signal functions fine.. also my center break like works as well. What could be the issue because not of the fuses are blown and everything is lit??! Help a brotha out!! Seems like it will end up costing.

you need a volt meter and to start testing wire connectors, there is an open circuit somewhere. The fact that the third brakelight is working makes me think there is nothing wrong with the control circuits/computers.

Yep, get a $10 multimeter and start testing connections. Open circuit somewhere.
