Default Do I need 3 sets of led lights? Hi beam low beam and fog lights

Hey guys just bought a '16 DD limited and want to convert headlights to LED. Do I need to buy two sets of 9005 lights one for hi beams and one for low beams?

Go to this site to see what bulbs you need.

Read the 12th post from a lighting dealer. Just because they fit doesn't mean they'll work well or that you will like them.

It looks like you have a single bulb setup (high low in one bulb) i tried a set of that style LED in my challenger, the low beams were so horrible that i could hardly drive with them, had to keep fog lights on and high beams whenever possible, the issue lies in the way they are designing the LED replacement blubs. They are a flat beam with two LED chips on it, one on top, one on bottom, slightly offset from each other(attempting to duplicate the two filaments in a standard bulb), problem is LED chips are direcitonal, and they arent accounting for that. Hence low beams only shine light into the lower half of the housing instead of the whole thing, this results in a very low cutoff that almost looks like you have no headlights.

that said the high beams are amazing, but i still took them out and returned them.

dont believe me, i wrote a review of the ones i bought on Amazon complete with comparison videos have a look
