Hey everyone

I have a 2011 v6 crew Durango and the check engine light has been going on and off sparaticlly. I then noticed while driving sometimes the truck would seem to not shift out of 4th gear when going at higher speeds. When this happens the eco mode will not engage. I can shift the truck fine using my triptronic, but when I put it into drive it seems to have trouble knowing what gear it should be in. Using the trip tropic provides smooth shifting so I am thinking it is not the transmission itself. I tried pulling the code from the check engine light, and it comes up as no code, any help would be appreciated

How are you trying to pull the code?

 

I tried with a code reader a friend has (not a mechanic) and the "key dance"
