Default Help with screen

Hello,

i jave ace a new 2017 Dodge Durango. Last week my screen started to act up then it went back to normal and now it is acting up again. On the phone screen I have a few contacts saved as my favorites. The issue is that the first saved contact name begins to shift to the right. Within a few minutes it looks like it is mixed in with the second contact. Has anyone experienced something like this before?

thanks

Hi Firstdodge2016,

Sorry to hear about this! We'd recommend making sure your Uconnect system is up-to-date by entering your VIN here: https://www.driveuconnect.com/software-update/. If this doesn't help your local dealership will be able to offer further assistance and diagnosis. Feel free to PM our page with your VIN if you have any additional questions or concerns.

I'd take it to the dealer and use your warranty.

So I went to the dealership but they couldn't duplicate the problem so they said they couldn't help. I had even sent them pictures of the issue.

Yeah, it's tough if you or them can't duplicate it.
