Default Nav or not?

I used this site's VIN decoder to check on a DD that is advertised to be a 2017 GT with a navigation system. The VIN decoder doesn't show that, it shows only "Nav-Capable! See Dealer for Details"
I haven't seen the car or talked to the owner and would like to get my ducks in a row before I do.
Do the DDs have Nav installed at the factory or it a system that only needs for the dealer to flip the magic switch?

Most of the dealers near me allow you to click on the window sticker. The GT's I looked at have a "Nav and Power Liftgate" option package. Sounds like you can get a DD without either.
