Default Help with Electrical failure

Hello all!

Hoping someone can help out here. So I just had my alternator replaced as part of the recall and (not sure if it's related) but now four days later my 2011 durango crew will not start and does t have electrical power. Leading up to this I noticed that the screen would rest the picture I had set in the mornings and that intermittently the back up camera would only show a blank screen. Then about 6 hours after driving it, it would start, wouldn't even try to turn over. Now the acc will turn on but the door locks won't work, the power lift gate won't open and after pushing the start button it says the key fob isn't inside the car while it is. Lastly I did see for just a short time after trying to start the ETC light came on.

Any help would be amazing and thank you.

I'd be taking it back to the place that did the recall work.

Hi The A Life,

Sorry to hear about this! We would recommend revisiting the Dodge dealership who performed your recall repair for further diagnosis. Please send us a PM with your VIN for additional assistance if needed.

Sooooo...

Are parts finally being shipped to complete this recall? My dealer still says they don't have parts (and so does MyDodge.com).

Dear Andrea,

Any word on when parts will be available to dealers for the T36 recall? I'd like to not have to pay for a new battery and/or TIPM while I'm waiting.
