Could I replace the shift **** on my 2014 Durango with a shifter from a 2015 charger or even a 2018 Durango?

 

Mostly electronics versus mechanical linkage and electronics. Lots and lots of change out on both setups.
Parts and labor cost $$. CHA-CHNG $$!
Even if you try to do most of the work yourself, you will still need help at some point. $$ CHA-CHNG $$

 

i would venture a guess that youd be much better off trading yours in for one with the rotary shifter if you really want one, personally i dont see them as being that great (i have one in my RAM) but to each their own.
