Hello,

I purchased a 2014 Durango Limited and the headlights seem dim. Even with the high beams on I feel like it's a bit hard to see at night. My previous vehicle was a 2004 Chevy Silverado and the headlights were nice and bright on that truck. I even got flashed by other cars occasionally who thought I had my high beams on when I didn't have them on. Anyway, it looks like my Durango takes 9012 bulbs. Does anyone know of a bulb that is brighter than the stock one? White in color is preferred. Is there a certain brand you recommend? Or will it not make any difference what bulb I buy anyway?

I changed out the halogen bulbs in my 2011 Durango for LED headlight bulbs and was very pleased with the result. The color temperature was more appealing to me and the amount I could see at night seemed significantly improved. I didn't have any issues with folks flashing their high beams at me, but that probably has more to do with proper aim than how bright the bulbs are.
