Default TPMS Sensor Won't Relearn

Just installed new tires (from 265/60/18 to 265/50/20) on new rims (from 18" to 20") with new sensors (all OEM). I did the drive time/speed thing and 3 of my 4 relearned. The 4th will not (It's been a month now). Any tips on what needs to be done?

You might need to find someone with a TPMS programming and activation tool to try to wake the sensor up and confirm that the sensor is not dead.

Is it possible that the brand new sensor is just bad? Do you have access to one of the old sensors from the old set of wheels?
