Leak at Tie Rod Boot

2011 Citadel with the 3.6. I have a leaking power steering rack and it's leaking at the passenger side tie rod boot. Any idea if this is repairable or will I need to replace the whole rack and pinion?

Probably cheaper to replace the whole rack as opposed to removing, repairing, reinstalling.....

It is actually the rack leaking into the tie rod boot. Very common. Mine leaks similarly but it comes and goes. The replacememts leak also. Not sure what to do long term with it.
