Default What Trigger EVIC Battery Indicator? (After T36 Recall)

I'm curious if anyone knows what exactly triggers the battery warning indicator on the EVIC (Electronic Vehicle Information Center) display? Is it the battery voltage or alternator voltage and where is this voltage registered that triggers this light? This is the indication I'm speaking of:

For background. Last month (13 April) the alternator fail struck our V6. Took it in for service, they replaced the battery and the alternator. Picked it up the next day, got it home, then when attempting to make a trip this battery indicator light came on. Took it straight back and after getting it checked said it had a P2503 code for charging system output low. The PCM had failed internally (likely fried from the first alternator failure) and was only calling for 10V. They replaced the alternator again and the PCM and was charging 14.25V. This did good until the 20th of April, when I got a battery indicator light again on the way home from work at night. Got home, went to try and start it and take it to the dealer in the morning, and there was no fault. I've got a gremlin now with this fault light, I've had it come on 15 times now. There does not appear to be any consistency with it, meaning its happened: when it's raining or sunny and dry; day and night; heavier electrical loads and not; on smooth roads and bumpy roads; at low and high RPMs. It had been only when moving, but last night is came on directly after starting while still in park. Last weekend I had cleaned the battery terminals and connectors while also ensuring they were not loose. I've been logging Voltage info from my OBD port reader (the OBD port Voltage & PCM Voltage readings) and voltage is normally in the high 12V to low 14V range, though there have been a couple intermittent drops into the mid to high 11 range, which oddly enough were at times I never got a battery indication. Here's one of the trips where I did have the battery indicator come on for the EVIC at around the 06:54 time frame:

I've checked, and I have no error codes logged. I'm going to be taking all the info to the dealer, but since there's no consistency with this fault, even making it just over two weeks without on for awhile, I'm thinking there's nothing they'll be able to do until it hard fails.
