Default AC issues

All Vents in the back blow out cold air. However the 4 front vents (2 for driver side, and 2 for passenger side) just blow out warm air. I have a 2011 Dodge Durango express. Any idea on what it could be or videos on how to fix it myself. Really don’t have tons of money to spend at the dealership to get it done.
thank you!

check the temp blend door...this door moves to control whether heat or cold air is directed through the hvac case.

I had a similar failure in my old '12 Crew after it was out of warranty when there was no cold air coming out of either passenger side vent. Everything else was fine but nothing on the passenger side. The problem was an actuator on one of the heater doors and they needed to take most of the under-dash stuff out to fix it. As usual it was a $100 part and tons of labor. I think it cost me like $900!! Good luck.
